TEENS AT USH
Teens at USH have opportunities to participate in a number of ways, learning, helping out in the Learning Center, and cultivating relationships.
MADRICHIM
Madrichim are Teacher Assistants who help in Learning Center classes, whether by helping the teachers with the running of the classes, guiding students and helping them with their assignments, and generally serving as role-models to the younger students. Students in 8th grade and above interested in becoming a Madrich (boy assistant) or Madricha (girl assistant) should contact Amir at [email protected].
CHATIVA - 7TH-9TH GRADE
Students in this program discuss hot topics, current events, and teen issues, through a Jewish angle, in an
age-appropriate way, and in a less formal environment, with emphasis on social interactions and community building within the teens.
